Mood tracking has been proven to be a positive psychology technique for improving mental health where recording your mood helps to record patterns and identify where in your life there is an inbalance or a persisting mood that may need looking at.
Dedicate a colour for each mood and then colour in daily to record your mood for the month. There is space to add moods which have not been included in the list.
